Bill's Gear List (the acoustic years)
1995 Martin OM-21
This little guitar is Bill's sweetest pea. It wasn't love at first site, but close. It's been modified with a Fishman pick-up.
1978 Guild D25M
In the long search for just the right acoustic Bill came across the Guild. It wasn't perfect, but the price was, and with new tuning machines and Fishman pick-up it stepped right up to the challenge.
1942 Gretsch Mod. 30
This sweet little archtop is named for it's retail cost at time of its introduction... a bargain at just $30. Bill had luthier Bruce Sexauer install a Shaller pickup for amplifying a will.
1999 SWR Strawberry Blonde
A gem of acoustic amplification, the Straberry Blonde provides a significant volume boost without dulling the pristine sound of an acoustic guitar. And it's not very heavy.
